    • 45% maintain a professional goal of full-time ministry
  • Graduate Internships, Student Teaching, and Placement: For students graduating with a baccalaureate degree from Cairn between August 2021 and May 2022: more than three quarters of Cairn’s traditional undergraduate programs require completion of an internship, field placement, or student teaching assignment.
  • Graduate Employment Related to Major: For students graduating with a baccalaureate degree from Cairn between August 2021 and May 2022:
    • 38% of employed graduates found employment directly related to their major
    • 42% found employment that was indirectly related to their major.
