University Health Center
The Cairn University Health Center provides free primary health care by a registered nurse. All students receive on-campus health services at no cost, regardless of insurance coverage.
Additional health center programs include prevention-focused services and learning experiences that present practical health and nutrition related information.

Undergraduate Students
Please use the non-Cairn email address and password that you applied with
- Immunization Record* MCV (Meningococcal vaccine) and TB test are required
- You must either:
- Provide a copy from your PCP
- Have your PCP complete the above-linked form and submit
- Sign the waiver at the bottom of the above-linked form and submit
A Note for Student-Athletes:
Student athletes are still required to submit all health forms to the University Health Center. A completed Athletic Physical Examination Form is acceptable in place of the Physicians Health Evaluation Form.
A Note for All Students:
Students who do not submit required health forms will have a hold placed on their account until all required forms have been completed and received by the university nurse.
Health forms are only required for incoming students.
