The Cairn University Student Accounts team provides support and counsel to students as they make tuition payments and manage payment plans. The Student Accounts team is accessible in-person, by email, or by phone.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Financial aid applications must be completed and approved through the Financial Aid Office before Business Services is able to disburse the funds and credit your student account. Please note that student account information is shared with students only, unless a signed FERPA waiver is on file with the Registrar’s Office. Any family intending to take care of their student’s University bill should make sure the FERPA waiver is signed and submitted by their student.

- Personal or cashier’s check
- Money order
- Loan, grant, and/or scholarship disbursements
Financial Aid helps students secure funding through scholarships, grants, and loans. Students must apply for state, federal, need-based, and merit-based aid programs through the Financial Aid Office. - Balanced payment plan
Partial payment of the balance due by August 1 or December 15, with the remaining balance divided into payments and administered by Nelnet - International Students: Use PayMyTuition
Payment Plans
Cairn University offers students and parents monthly payment plans through Nelnet. Students may divide yearly academic costs into monthly payments. Enrollment information and application forms are available from the Office of Student Accounts. You can also enroll online or by calling 888.722.4867.
