Professor Michael Sabal teaches Introduction to Computers and Information Systems, and Fundamentals of Programming at Cairn.
He has served as the IT director for Notations, Inc. for over a decade, maintaining the physical and virtual security of all hardware and software assets. He is also an emergency communications coordinator for Bucks County Amateur Radio Emergency Service and the founder of HickoryServices.com programming and consulting service.
Michael is skilled in a number of programming languages: Java (16 yrs off and on), PHP (10 yrs), Euphoria (18 yrs), T-SQL (10 yrs), HTML (17 yrs), FoxPro (10 yrs), R (1 year), JavaScript (incl. AJAX, 13 yrs), C (GNU & Borland, 28 yrs), and others.
Additionally, Michael is skilled in various foreign languages: intermediate Japanese; basic Lithuanian, French, Spanish; beginning Russian, ASL, and Mandarin.
He and his wife live in Bensalem, PA.
