Submit a Student Life Announcement

Does your department have something to share? Is your organization holding an event and you’d like to get the word out? Submit your announcement to be included in the weekly Student Life e-newsletter.

Submissions from students, faculty, and staff must meet the following criteria:

  • Announcements are intended for internal use only.
  • External (events that are not sponsored by Cairn University) submissions will not be sent via email.  We will post it on the Student Announcement boards around campus.
  • Announcements should be submitted before 11:00am Friday in order to be included in the next email (sent every Monday).
  • No lost or found items will be listed.
  • Announcements should potentially be of interest to the entire student body or the University as a whole. Please refrain from submitting announcements only intended for a small department- or organization-specific audience.
  • The Office of Student Life will inform you if your submission does not meet the necessary criteria.
