Additionally, you will be well versed in compensation and benefit plan design and budget management.

Students without prior human resource generalist work experience or successful completion of a college-level human resource management course will need to complete 600D Foundations/ Human Resources Management prior to taking BUS 787 Compensation and Benefits.
