Biography

Teaching at Cairn since 1996, Dr. Bill Krewson strives to inspire students to know God through Scripture. Passionate about biblical theology, he teaches courses on individual books from Genesis to Revelation, as well as the Narrative of Redemption and various graduate courses. Also interested in early church history, Dr. Krewson teaches on historical topics including the Second Temple Period, early Christian thought, and the history of modern Israel. From 2006–2010, he served as director of Cairn’s Bible and Israel program.

Since his first trip to Israel in 1978, Dr. Krewson has led over 30 tours to the Holy Land, as well as to Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Greece, and Rome. Before teaching at Cairn, he served as a pastor near Charlotte, NC. He currently serves on the pastoral team of Chelten, a Church of Hope in Dresher, PA.
