Wayne Shaw

Professor Wayne Shaw teaches philosophy of leadership, leadership ethics, organizational culture and change, and principles of research. Since 2007, he has worked as the senior director of Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc.,  a pharmaceutical company of Johnson & Johnson. He has also served as president of Center Point Leadership Consulting, Inc. for 10 years.

He is a certified administrator in EQ-i Emotional Intelligence Assessment.

Previously, he was the director of clinical research at Merck and Co., Inc. for 35 years.
