Biography

Dr. Steve Dill serves as Chair, EdD in Educational Leadership.  He has served in multiple educational leadership roles in his career, including 40 years at Delaware County Christian School (Newtown Square, PA) in the roles of secondary history teacher, guidance counselor, development director, varsity basketball coach, assistant head of school and head of school.  He served as an Adjunct Professor of Education in graduate programs at Cairn from 1997 to 2017, while also doing adjunct work at Clarks Summit University, Eastern University, and Columbia International University.  He took on leadership roles for the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) as Senior Vice President USA and then Executive Director of the ACSI Education Foundation.

He has led many professional workshops for ACSI and other organizations, written multiple articles on Christian school leadership, and has served on several boards. He and his wife Marge live in Newtown Square, PA, with three adult children who all teach in Christian K-12 or Christian higher education, along with 10 grandchildren, the oldest now serving as a 2nd grade Christian school teacher.
