Kimberly’s professional work has focused on serving families, children, and community members in a variety of settings including educational, non-profit, faith-based, and community agencies. Since 2007, her work has been in educational settings, primarily to support families and educators of students with special needs and/or behavioral concerns. As a BCBA, she has provided behavior analytic services directly to clients, facilitated professional development as a trainer and coach, and worked to develop and support multi-tiered systems of support through school-wide behavior systems to increase positive outcomes for students. Now at Cairn, she teaches courses in Applied Behavior Analysis.
