Biography

Dr. Jim J. Adams’ professional experience in faith-based education spans nearly 50 years, including service in local church education, Christian school settings, and higher education. Adams has taught in the areas of curriculum development, administration, and research methods. His work experience includes serving as a superintendent of schools and a university president in California. He previously led a large leadership graduate program internationally and is now semi-retired as president emeritus for Life Pacific University, a fellow CCCU institution to Cairn, where he teaches in the graduate education and EdD programs. He has been married to Lori Adams for 48 years, and they have two married adult daughters.
