The Highlands is a coffee and food service space for the entire Cairn community to gather. Serving pastries, grab-and-go salads and sandwiches, and a full selection of Starbucks beverages, The Highlands is the perfect place to get your morning pick-me-up.
Meal Plan Credit
Resident students on the meal plan receive $25 on their student ID for use in The Highlands each semester.
Alumni Discount
Cairn University alumni receive 10% off their entire order.
Reusable Mug Discount
In an effort to reduce waste, The Highlands offers a 10% discount to those who choose to use The Highlands reusable mugs, which are available for purchase in The Highlands.

Monday-Saturday: 7:30 am–1 am
Saturday: noon–1 am
Food & Drink Service:
Monday-Friday until 8:30 pm
Summer Hours
Monday-Friday: 8am-2pm
Saturday & Sunday: closed
