OneLife Institute has announced a sole academic partnership with Cairn University for the 2023–2024 academic year. Designed to support students through a nine-month gap year program, OneLife is dedicated to giving students the opportunity to grow in their faith, service, and community.
Cairn’s partnership with OneLife first originated in 2018, when the University was one of several academic partners to offer college credit through OneLife’s program. Now as the sole academic partner, Cairn University will be offering up to 30 college credits to the OneLife students of all four campuses. OneLife alumni who choose to complete their undergraduate degree at Cairn will benefit from a significant $15,500 annual scholarship.
Josh Beers, president of OneLife, says of the partnership:
“To have Cairn as our exclusive academic partner for our 110 students brings effectiveness and unity to our discipleship efforts. This will allow us to expand the reach in the coming years of both OneLife and Cairn University as we partner together for Kingdom purposes. On a personal level, we prayerfully choose who we partner with at OneLife. The unwavering commitment of Dr. Williams and Cairn University to the truth of God’s Word and their clear commitment to their students has been a springboard for the continued growth of OneLife. OneLife is humbled and grateful to be part of the Cairn family.”
Cairn University and OneLife Institute desire to serve the ministry of the church and provide a meaningful educational experience that is transformational and distinctly Christian. Cairn and OneLife’s similar missions have continued to cultivate a meaningful relationship that ultimately serves the students who come through the program.
Cairn is excited to continue to work with OneLife in order to best serve the students both in the program and those who come through Cairn’s campus.
