The individuals who you indicate on this form will receive a link via email to a reference form. To ensure that your referrers receive the online reference forms, please make sure to spell their email addresses correctlyIf your referrer prefers to submit a paper reference, please contact your admissions counselor.

Please note the following guidelines for different reference types. Not all programs require the same types of references.

  • The professional/academic reference should be completed by a supervisor, colleague, or professor.
  • The pastoral reference should be completed by a pastor, elder, or spiritual mentor who knows you well.

 

You may not use family members as references.

This right extends to letters of recommendation, except that a student may waive his/her right to inspect and review letters of recommendation by signing a waiver.
