Biography

Ken McClellan is an assistant professor in the Cairn University School of Business & Technology.

He has more than two decades of experience in operations management, information systems, and technology services. He has held leadership roles at Xerox Corporation, including program manager, enterprise solution architect, and solution design manager, where he led service delivery initiatives, solution design, and continuous improvement efforts across multiple industries.

In addition to his industry experience, he served in the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve for twenty years as an aircraft mechanic and flight engineer, supporting transport aircraft operations. His combined industry and military background informs a teaching approach that emphasizes real-world application, operational excellence and ethical leadership.

He holds an MBA from Eastern University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, and associate degrees in Flight Engineering and Aircraft Systems Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
