Professor Nikema Missouri has come to embody the Scripture “We are his workmanship!” throughout her journey at Cairn University. She began her journey at the University first as a student in 2001. After commiting some time to raising her family, she returned to Cairn and graduated with the MA in Counseling in 2015 and completed the Third Year licensure preparatory program in 2017. She has worked in counseling in a ministerial capacity for over 10 years and professionally for 8 years. She has a serious passion for equipping students in the the faith as it pertains to the ideas and issues of counseling and psychology. She currently works as an adjunct professor and staff counselor in the Oasis Counseling Center. Her treasure is in her marriage of 17 years and her 3 sons and 4 daughters.
