David Morra is an experienced executive leader with specific credentials in growth management and strategic change management on a global scale. Major themes of his assignments have been business strategy deployment, business building, M&A integration and business turnaround. He held positions of increasing responsibilities including product manager, director of marketing, managing director of Europe, vice president and general manager, division president and chief executive officer. Dave served as a member of the board of directors of a NASDAQ-listed pharmaceutical services company, where he chaired the compensation and nominating committees and was a member of the audit committee.
Both during and after his corporate career, Dave volunteered his leadership experience with the not-for-profit sector. He is a past board president of Habitat for Humanity, Delaware County, Inc. and currently serves as its treasurer. He is also an elder at his church and is a former chair of the elder board.
Dave has served as a business mentor at the Wharton Small Business Development Center, University of Pennsylvania and SCORE Philadelphia, where he provided professional guidance to existing and emerging businesses in the greater Philadelphia region. He currently is an adjunct instructor at Cairn University, where he has lectured on social entrepreneurship and strategic marketing in both the graduate and undergraduate programs. Dave is also an adjunct in the School of Applied and Innovative Learning (SAIL) at Delaware County Christian School.
He is a graduate of Providence College (BS), Wharton (WAM) and Western Governors University (MBA).
