Cairn University’s Oasis Counseling Center and Graduate Counseling Department will host an event for counselors, pastors, lay leaders, and students to learn about and grow in the field of counseling while integrating the faith in Christ we all share.

Our lineup of experienced and distinguished speakers will provide attendees with an assortment of knowledge, training, and tools to challenge, equip, and inspire counselors in their field.

  • Counselors can get an in depth look at current issues and topics in the field
  • Prospective students are introduced to Cairn University’s counseling faculty
  • Graduate Counseling Alumni can enrich their currents connections

Dr. Philip Henry
Associate Professor of Counseling at Palm Beach Atlantic University

BA, Palm Beach Atlantic University, ’79; MDiv, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary; MS, Chestnut Hill College; PhD, Temple University; Licensed Psychologist.

Dr. Henry taught in psychology and counseling programs at several schools including Temple University, Chestnut Hill College, Eastern College, and Palm Beach Atlantic University where he also served as the director of graduate counseling.
