Professor Mark Gaspar teaches international and global Business, operations, microeconomics, and negotiations. He is the Sam Walton Fellow for Cairn’s Enactus team.

In additional to teaching at Cairn, Professor Gaspar also serves as part-time faculty at George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs, Ohio State University’s John Glenn College of Public Affairs, and Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

Mr.Gaspar began his career in refractory metallurgy and held positions in engineering, factory operations, and program management. He has conducted marketing efforts in eighteen countries, developing products and proposals for a wide range of military and security systems.
With over 38 years of experience the aerospace and defense industry, he is an expert in production, engineering, marketing, and contracting for naval, airborne, and land-based combat and security systems. In his final assignment as director of maritime systems of Lockheed Martin’s Washington operations, his responsibilities included strategic planning, customer relations, and legislative affairs.
