Cairn’s 20th Annual Golf Classic was Monday, May 4, 2014, in Malvern, PA. Golfers enjoyed sunny weather as they played on White Manor Country Club’s award-winning golf course. This year, the event had approximately 90 participants, which included faculty, staff, Board members, and friends of the University.
After a day on the course, golfers settled down for dinner, awards, and a silent auction. Current student Sarah Doorly (Elementary-Early Childhood Education and Bible ’17) spoke on the impact of The Cairn Fund and the difference it has made in her life. This year’s silent auction items ranged from vacations, golf outings, gourmet chocolates, and tickets to Flyers and Phillies games.
The 20th Annual Golf Classic event raised $48,000 for scholarships through The Cairn Fund, which is committed to making a biblical education possible for the next century of students.
