Philadelphia Country Club Threesome
This William S. Flynn-designed course has played host to the 1939 U.S. Open as well as the 2003 U.S. Women’s Amateur Championship, and was used during the match play portion of the 2005 U.S. Amateur Championship.
The Philadelphia Cricket Club Threesome
Philadelphia Cricket Club is the only golf club in the country to have opened a golf course in each of the past three centuries. The St. Martin’s course was opened in 1898 and was designed by Willie Tucker. It hosted the United States Open Championship in 1907 and 1910. Nine holes are still open today at the Chestnut Hill location.
Famed architect and Club member, A. W. Tillinghast, built the Flourtown Course in 1922. Named “Wissahickon” in 2002, it is renowned for its difficult par 4’s, most notably 9 and 18, which both stretch over 450 yards from the championship tees. The course also contains 8 other par 4’s over 400 yards that will test your game to the limit. Over the years the course has hosted numerous local major championships including the 1998 Pennsylvania Open and the 2003 Golf Association of Philadelphia Mid-Amateur Championship that was won by 9-time Cricket Club Champion, Rob Savarese, Jr.
Merion Twosome
Championship golf and champion golfers have long been intertwined with the mystique of Merion Golf Club’s East and West Courses.
Designed by Hugh Wilson, Merion’s East Course has played host to more USGA Championships than any course in America and is home to some of its greatest moments. From Robert Tyre Jones, Jr.'s completion of golf’s elusive Grand Slam at the 1930 U.S. Amateur held at Merion to Ben Hogan’s awe inspiring performance and now legendary one-iron on the 72nd hole during the 1950 U.S. Open, the sculpted greens, fairways, and treacherous bunkers of Merion have shaped the game.
DuPont Foursome
There is golf for all ages and levels at the DuPont Country Club! Our members are promised variety on three beautiful 18-hole golf courses, spread across acres of lush landscape in the heart of the Brandywine Valley. The unique courses utilize the natural bumps, dips and turns of the countryside creating challenging games for all golfers. Several practice areas, such as a chipping green, a driving range, a practice bunker and putting greens are available to warm up before playing or to improve personal skills.

VACATIONS
Sebring, Florida Cottage on Lake Jackson (2 weeks to auction off)
Enjoy a beautiful week in sunny Florida. Included is a week in this beachfront cottage on Lake Jackson. A picturesque Florida property with a long pier leading out to a double-deck dock, with lifts for boats on the first level and a picnic and sunning area on the top deck. Just out from the dock is a fishing hole, and largemouth bass can usually be caught from the pier.
The large screen room is great for sitting and watching the wildlife (great blue herons, ducks, turtles, etc), watching the children swimming or playing in the yard, and reading or napping in the comfortable chairs and lounges.
The cottage has four bedrooms (2 queen, 2 with twin beds), two full bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, and a living room with sleeper sofa. Like everything in Florida, it is fully air conditioned. There is a brick barbeque in the yard next to the cottage. A canoe is kept in the shed, along with beach chairs and other water-fun equipment.

Ocean City, Maryland Beach House
Enjoy the luxury of staying right on the beach while staying at a beachfront home in Ocean City, Maryland. Go before the crowds arrive (in June) or wait until the summer rush is over in September. This is a three bedroom (3 queen beds, 1 sofa bed), two-bath property sleeps 8. The extended living area outside includes two decks. Guests are asked to provide their own linens during their stay.
