The Vision is Biblical.

Cairn University is to be a premiere institution of Christian higher education that is distinctly and intentionally biblical in its approach.

Excellence is not a byword. It is a biblical mandate. It is not achieved by spending more or costing more. It is achieved by being committed to the mission and the principles and standards that shape it. Excellence is not declared as much as it is demonstrated. The Cairn Vision is not to be the largest, most exclusive, or most well-known Christian university. To do what needs to be done in order to serve Christ well is the heart of the Cairn Vision.

Cairn is in the midst of a three-year strategic plan that will enable the University to realize this vision by elevating its visibility and credibility, strengthening its fiscal position, and enhancing its facilities and services. In challenging economic times, Cairn has, by God’s grace, made progress on all three goals.
